Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
We do not rent, sell or trade our customer’s names, email addresses of personal information. Credit Cards are processed by a third party (Paypal or our Merchant Bank) and we do not see your credit card information unless you call in to place an order.
Shop without sharing your financial information: When you pay through PayPal, your credit/debit card and bank account numbers are never seen by the merchant. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you're protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
Providing the best solution to your need is our priority. We provide you with a risk free way to determine this. Returns are accepted any time within the first 90 days of receiving your Soul Seat or Floor Desk. We'll even pay for return shipping from within the continental US. Scheduled payments cannot be canceled until the safe return of product. No refunds or pro-rating after 90 days.
All we ask is that you let us ask why it wasn't a sufficient solution so we can improve the experience for the next customer. Custom work is the only exception to this policy. Because the customized chair or floor desk is unique to you, those sales are final.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Usually, we are able to ship your Soul Seat within 3 to 10 business days after receiving payment. Because we are often building to order, this time can vary. Customizing Soul Seats can extend the time as we work with you on a number of decisions about fabric, finish, and other design changes. Other factors that may affect delivery times are whether or not we are traveling to and from conferences showing off our unique products. We'll certainly let you know what you can expect as you place your order.
